A RETIRED policeman was found dead inside his house at Barangay Buenavista in Escalante City, Negros Occidental Saturday morning, July 14.
Police identified the victim as Angel Sinadjan, 62. He was an alleged bodyguard of First District Representative Melecio Yap Jr.
Village chief Federico Tanguan reported the incident to the police.
Investigation showed that Sinadjan has a lone gunshot wound on his head when found inside a room at his house past 8 a.m.
Some of his personal belongings and firearm were believed to be missing.
The personnel of Escalante City Police Station is still probing the incident. (GYM)
