TWO residential houses were gutted by fire in Barangay Sta. Cruz in Cebu City Monday afternoon, July 16.
Fire Chief Inspector Noel Ababon, Cebu City fire marshal, said that the fire was located at the back of Cebu Bradford School in Osmeña Blvd.
The fire had been raised to second alarm but was placed under control at 3:03 p.m.
