THE 90th birthday of Cebu’s exponent of environmental preservation Martina “Beling” Go Ching Hai and the launch of her book “Forward” were June’s highlights. “Forward,” composed of 11 women leaders, founded in 1990, promulgated nurturing seedling nurseries for tree planting. Tireless Beling never stopped connecting with national and international linkages and dreamed to document all these in a book as the legacy for the youth.
