There are natural family planning programs such as the Billing's hormonal flow way which will never fail if followed strictly. It is done by husband and wife who lovingly will record the hormonal flow on a calendar. To know when sexual contact will result positively that a baby will be conceived will be known Normal cycle is 28 days marked from last day of menstruation to the next. The wife will notice the flow of a thick white substance on her vagina. Record this in the calendar. Then the crucial flow comes in an almost watery flow. Mark these 3 days in your calendar. Day I pregnancy is possible; day 2 is peak day, pregnancy is sure; day 3 pregnancy is still possible. This calendar has to be followed when the married couple would like to have a baby. All the other days of the 28 days are safe to have sexual intercourse and not conceive a baby.

You see, natural family planning is simple.

Artificial family planning will use all contraceptives as pills, condoms, IUD (intrauterine device) placed inside the vagina till the womb, all of which are dangerous to one's health and peace of mind. I hope all my readers, married couples, will follow the Billing's Natural method of family planning.
