SOME Fernandinos were given insights on effective emergency response capability, through a static display on July 18, 2018 at Vista Mall, City of San Fernando in line with the observance of National Disaster Resilience Month (NDRM).
The City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (CDRRMO) showed participants the different equipment and gears used for rope, water, and ambulance rescues, and tools for extrication activities and for collapsed structure search and rescues.
The CDRRMO distributed information education campaign (IEC) materials that the participants can utilize during calamities or any unfortunate incident.
