One of the goals of the international organization is for technology development for organic-based vegetable production. The project is in coordination with Japan Agricultural Exchange Council (Jaec) with Jiro Shiwaku as president. Both Japanese nationals are expected to arrive for the MOA signing.

The project is geared towards the creation of rural employment as well as the purchase of seeds, fertilizer and agricultural tools, which will improve agricultural productivity and alleviate poverty

For the province, projects like technology development for soil improvement of vegetable fields and implementation of soil improvement and organic-based vegetable production as well as the promotion of safe and healthy vegetable marketing is being pushed.
