GOLDEN Prince Hotel and Suites president Benedict “Benny” Que, with communications vice president Aaron Que, hosted a media appreciation buffet dinner at the hotel’s well-appointed LeMon restaurant. The event coincided with Independence Day as well as Father’s Day. Meeting us initially was hotel marcomm supervisor Ian Baol with the announcement that during the entire month of July, the hotel would be having a “senior moments” promo honoring local cardholders with a whopping 30 percent discount on all the hotel’s dining outlets: LeMon restaurant, Kabilin Heritage Lounge, Q Cafe etc.
Another pleasant food trip we had was when president Benny and lovely wife, Teresa honored the July birthday celebrants with a sumptuous repast at LeMon.
Joining media gals Cookie Newman and Mila Espina were Cebu Business Month media relations chairman Robby Alugar, wife Rubilyn and their kids who were also celebrating Rubilyn’s red-letter day. Other press people present were Flor Ynclino, Jaime Picornell, Honey Loop, Nelia Neri and CVU. As if the dinner was not enough, Benny and Teresa gifted each guest with a boxful of baked goodies! Thanks for being super-generous hosts!
Incidentally, we would like to congratulate Benny even further for chairing the Cebu Business Month (CBM) activity of the Cebu Chamber of Commerce and Industry, which people are still talking about today, for its rousing success! One sporting event that CBM organized was the challenging and exciting province-wide competition, “Lumba’g-Laag,” which was actively supported by Edilberto Mendoza, general manager, “Level Up” events consultancy. This was an amazing show of what teamwork is all about. Cheers!
