DANCESPORT Team Cebu City (DTCC) won 13 gold, six silver and six bronze medals in the DanceSport Council of the Philippines Inc. (DSCPI) Mid-Year-Ranking and Competition during the weekend in the Valle Verde Country Club in Pasig City. It was a fitting victory for the active team, which dedicates most of its time doing volunteer work in training young aspiring dancers in several barangays in Cebu City.
The gold medalists are John Lloyd Leyson and Ouie Selene Rendon in Latin Junior C; Karl Michael Minoza and Sofia Isabella Quilaton in Latin Juvenile 2A and Standard Junior C; Jake Emmanuel Corro and Kim Jocson in Latin Youth C and Standard Youth C; Mark Jabonero and Charlene Mernilo in Latin D; Jasmer Labitad and Lorraine Mae Pacana in Latin C; Shardie Abellana and Marjorie Pasaje in Latin Special Event 1C; Lloyd Simon Asuque and Jasmine Kate Labra in Latin Youth A; James Bryan and Christine Camacho in Standard D and C; Nigel John Angel and Shadelle Nina Hernandez in Standard Juvenile C; and Malvin Jamali and Charlene Mernilo in Standard Special Event 1C.
The silver medalists are Gylle Nino Dilluvio and Yeddah Marie Castañares in Youth A Latin and Standard; Jimmy Noel and Eleanor Hayco in Latin Senior A; John Lloyd Leyson and Ouie Selene Rendon in Latin Junior A and Standard Junior C; and Jasmer Labitad and Lorraine Mae Pacana in Latin Special Event 1 C.
The bronze medalists are Nino Salve, Trixie Pearl Dicdican, Nigel John Angel, Shadelle Nina Hernandez, Mark Jabonero, Charlene Mernilo, Hezekiah Sobrevega, Rydel Rowella Pat, Andrew Ysla and Noelyn Mie Pedrano. (PR)
