Amani Grand Resort turns over first units

AMANI Grand Resort Residences opened its doors to clients during the turnover ceremony of its first building last Saturday in Pusok, Lapu-Lapu City.

The seven-story, low-rise condominium project offers residents resort-themed living with amenities like pools, gazebos, jogging trails, gym, a lagoon with viewing deck, and playground.

The project has a total land area of 2.3 hectares and will have six buildings once completed.

With about three years to construct each building, the developers expect to complete the second building in 2021.

Grand Land Inc. head consultant Jan Menguito could not give an expected date for the entire project to be completed, saying production will depend on the demands of the market.

Of the 190 units in the first tower, 70 percent is sold.

Khristina Pestaño, Grand Land Inc. vice president, highlighted that more than half of the units in building A are ready for occupancy. She also emphasized during the press conference that with the initial investment of five percent, the client can already move in.

They also revealed their plans to put up a commercial component in Amani Grand such as a hotel, supermarket, and some commercial outlets.

“Residents won’t have to ride a tricycle or jeepney to go to the supermarket or restaurants. Here in Amani, it is contained,” Menguito said.

Grand Land Inc. is also launching this year ASAI, a hotel that will have three branches--in Amani Grand Resort Residences, in Cebu City, and Oslob. (JERRA MAE LIBREA, USJ-R INTERN)
