IT WAS a night of beauty and grace as models walked down the runway showcasing stunning wedding gowns that will have brides-to-be swooning.

One of the country's leading fashion designers, Francis Libiran, had a fashion show at the Marco Polo Hotel Davao on July 13, 2018 featuring the Francis Libiran Bridal Mon Amour collection.

The collection, which was inspired by Classical Romance, embodied the mystery, magic, and beauty of falling in love.

Romantic Era's literature, art, and 19th century ballet were the influences for the bridal collection.

Each gown was brought to life by its models -- Janette Sturm, Cass Venuti, Aira Aquino, Ailah Heitz, Princess Barsalote, Elaine Yap, Kit Elizalde, Queen Amora, Joanna Franken, and Sofia Sibala.

As each model walked down the runway, the audience can clearly see how much work and care has been made to create these beautiful gowns. From the design to the tailoring -- everything was on point.

Janette Sturm opened the show wearing a fully beaded serpentine gown with draped shoulders and a bow-like design on the bodice.

Some of the other gowns that were showcased in the fashion included Eleanor, Laura, Francesca, Charlotte, and Diana.

Cass Venuti wore the long-sleeved, high neck Eleanor gown that features a structure mermaid silhouette embellished with swirl lace and tone -on-tone beadwork.

The regal Laura gown, worn by Queen Amara, is adorned with intricate beadwork on the bodice and ends with a fluffy tulle skirt.

Aira Aquino wore Fracesca, a body-hugging serpentine gown adorned with lace.

The Charlotte is a draped top on an A-line skirt with a floral lace overlay. The gown was worn by Joanna Franken.

The Diana is an asymmetric mermaid gown with a big bow on the right shoulder and finished with a belt. Both simple and elegant, the bridal gown was worn by Kit Elizalde.

The fashion show was closed by Libiran's muse, Miss Philippines Eco-tourism 2016 Charinna Barro. She wore the Margerette, a princess off shoulder gown with a deep neckline, beadwork, and graphic floral lace top that cascades into a tulle skirt.

From the beadwork to embroidery to its silhouette, the Mon Amour collection really showcased the craftsmanship and artistry of Libiran.
