Cebu Doctors' University grad tops August Pharmacist Licensure Exam

A GRADUATE of Cebu Doctors' University (CDU) and another of University of San Carlos (USC) have made it to the top 10 in the Pharmacist Licensure Examination held in August this year.

Louise Tan Theunis of CDU topped the list, with a rating of 91.55 percent. Danixzyle Sevilleno Cutamora of USC placed 8th, with a passing rate of 90.88 percent.

The other passers are:

* (2nd) Euriel Jasmin Pakinggan Caparas of Centro Escolar University-Manila -- 91.40 percent

* (3rd) Patrick Joshua Torres Galura of the University of Santo Tomas -- 91.35 percent

* (4th) Biehn Beryl Cheng Que of University of Santo Tomas -- 91.30 percent

* (5th) Apryl Joyce CampaƱera Catalan of Central Philippine University -- 91.22 percent

* (6th) Maureen Theresa Sual Alexander of University of Santo Tomas -- 91.20 percent

* (7th) Khrisna Dasha Sabiniano Corpuz of University of Santo Tomas -- 91.07 percent

* (8th) Bleeszy Costrua Camano of Adamson University -- 90.88 percent

* (9th) Vinson Codilla Malipot of University of the Philippines-Manila -- 90.65 percent

* (10th) Matthew Dominique Quinton Tan Ong of University of the Philippines-Manila -- 90.63 percent

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) released the result Wednesday, August 8. It announced that 2,927 out of 4,230 passed the exam given by the Board of Pharmacy in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo and Zamboanga last August 4-5.

The PRC also said that the result of examination with respect to one examinee was withheld pending final determination of her liabilities under the rules and regulations governing licensure examination.
