A HIGH-value target was arrested in a drug bust in Zamboanga del Norte on Friday, August 10.
Sultan Antao, 26, was arrested around 7:30 p.m. Friday on Ramon Magsaysay Street in downtown Salug after he sold a sachet of suspected shabu for P500 to an undercover policeman.
Chief Inspector Helen Galvez, Police Regional Office (PRO)-Zamboanga Peninsula information officer, said the suspect is listed as number two in their drugs watch list.
She said the suspect was among the drug personalities who voluntarily surrendered last July 7, 2016 in line with “Project Double Barrel.”
Confiscated from the suspect’s possession were P500 marked money, three small sachets of shabu, cellular phone, a motorcycle, and illegal drugs paraphernalia.
She said the suspect is detained pending the filing of charges against him. (SunStar Philippines)
