Padayon ties with Sara’s HNP now formally sealed

THE forging of alliance agreement between the Padayon Pilipino party and the Hugpong ng Pagbabago (HNP) of Davao City Mayor Sara Duterte-Carpio was made official on Monday, August 13.

City councilor Nadia Emano-Elipe, Padayon Pilipino president, said the intention of Padayon Pilipino to make ties with the HNP is for economic purpose and development.

“Atong tinguha nga mapareha ang Misamis Oriental and Cagayan de Oro City nga molambo pareha sa Davao so basin matabangan ta,” Emano-Elipe said.

She said that through the alliance, the regions in Mindanao will be unified if federal form of government will be pushed through.

Emano-Elipe also said that the HNP has asked allied local parties to back the candidates endorsed by HNP for senate.

“Sa local wala pa naistoryahan basin in the coming days but we are hoping nga dunay tabang from HNP sa 2019 elections but our commitment is beyond the elecitons,”she said.

She said the main thrust of the HNP is support the programs and projects of the Duterte administration.

The opposition councilor said it was not hard to forge alliance with the HNP since the two parties shared similar vision rooted to genuine public service to make the lives of the people become better.

Padayon Pilipino vice chairman Governor Yevgeny Emano said he was happy of the said development.

“Nalipay kaayo ko kay gawas nga daghan ta makuha nga tabang from Davao apil pud kita dunay mapaambit kanila,”he said.
