A COURT has ordered the Mabolo police and "any officer of the law" to arrest Cebuano businessman Peter Lim in Cebu City "without necessary delay."
In an order issued Tuesday, August 14, Judge Gina Palamos of the Makati City Regional Trial Court Branch 55 tasked the Mabolo Police Station commander and "any officer of the law" to arrest Lim and bring him to the nearest prison or police station.
Lim's address was stated as: No. 12 Tres Borces Extension, Mabolo Cebu City.
