PRESIDENT Rodrigo Duterte has declared August 21, Tuesday, as a regular holiday, in observance of Eid'l Adha or the Feast of Sacrifice.
Duterte signed Proclamation 556, declaring August 21 as regular holiday, upon the recommendation of the National Commission on Muslim Filipinos.
