Established in August last year in Luzon, the brand now has different branches all over the country. It opened a branch in Cebu City, February of this year.

Apart from the service, its colorful interior overall adds to the “happy” experience.
“What’s so good about what we do is that we ensure that we give you the perfect brows. That means from measurement to actual implementation,” he added.
Its brow services range from brow express clean-up to brow shaping and brow service for men. Apart from these, it has hair removal and lash enhancement services as well.
Happy Brows is located on the third level of Ayala Center Cebu.
