CLARK FREEPORT -- Quest Plus and Conference Center Clark has received an excellence award from TripAdvisor, a world-renowned travel website.
General Manager Patrick Beck said Quest Plus Clark is elated to share that it has received the Certificate of Excellence from the American travel website.
TripAdvisor is a platform for travelers to share honest reviews, feedbacks and travel-related comments about hotels, restaurants, and tourist spots around the world.
The TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence lauds hospitality businesses that deliver consistent excellent service.
The award is presented to 10 of the total number of business entities registered in the travel website.
Despite its ongoing renovations, Quest Plus Clark has proven that the inconveniences will not deter the staff and management in providing quality service to its guests and clients, said Beck.
Customer service is the driving force behind the certification and this is what the management plans to continuously improve, he added.
“With the upcoming launching of the Mequeni, the hotel’s iconic all-day dining restaurant; eQuinox, a fitness center which offers cross fit and various training equipment; and holiday promotions and packages in the offing, there is certainly more to look forward,” Beck said.
“Our quest for excellent service doesn’t end here. This Certificate of Excellence from TripAdvisor inspired us to do more and we are very excited for what is yet to come,” he added.
