THE C-5 road that connects Paranaque City and Las Pinas City is now open for motorists.
However, in Las Pinas, the road is still unfinished for it will connect to the South Luzon Expressway (SLEX) and coastal road going to Cavite.
Although the controversial C-5 extension road is opens, still investigation against Manny Villar continues.
