THE Kapisanan ng mga Brodkaster ng Pilipinas (KBP)-Negros Occidental chapter conducted a forum about federalism on Saturday, September 1, at St. John Mary Vianney Hall in the Bishop’s House, Bacolod City.
This is part of the group’s cause on empowering its members through continued education.
The speaker of the forum was Arthur Aguilar, a lone Negrense member of the Consultative Committee which was tasked by President Rodrigo Duterte to amend the 1987 Constitution.
Present in the forum were members of KBP from different media networks in the province as well as representatives from different schools and members of the Negros Press Club. (PR)
