MAMAHIMONG maka-apply og minimun wage exemption kining mga kompanya sa Central Visayas nga nakasinati og kalisod o kalamidad mapa-natural man o man-made.
Mao kini ang gipahibawo sa Regional Tripartite Wages and Productivity Board (RTWPB) 7 Board diin nipahibawo sa publiko ug sa mga kompanya nga kutob ra Nobiyembre 1 ang aplikasyon niini.
Gisugdan sa RTWPB 7 ang pagpanawat og aplikasyon niadtong Agusto 19, subay na usab sa Wage Order No. ROVII-21 nga gipatuman niadtong Agusto 3.
Matod ni Department of Labor and Employment Director Atty. Johnson Cañete, kinsa mao usab ang chairman sa RTWPB 7, nga kinahanglan ang supporting documents sa kompaniya nga mo-apply niini ubos sa implementing rules and regulations sa wage order.
“Of course, there will be some criteria that the Board will use in order to determine whether or not the applicant-establishment is qualified for exemption. Every applicant will have to go through tedious evaluation and scrutiny by the Board before it will be granted exemption,” matod ni Cañete.
Alang sa mga giisip nga distressed establishments category, mamahimo nga matugotan og full, partial, o conditional exemption ang kompanya.
Alang sa mga kompanya nga naa sa mga apektado sa kalamidad kinahanglan nga gipaubos sa state of calamity ang dapit niini unom ka buwan sa wa pa gipatuman ang bag-ong wage order.
“After 1 November 2018, the deadline of application for exemption, the Board could however re-open the application in the event of calamities happening again in Region-7 specifically for establishments adversely affected by said calamities. God forbids,” pasabot ni Cañete.
