CSF steadfast in promoting ‘ease of doing business’

PAYMENTS for business transactions with the City of San Fernando, such as registration and licensing of business permits, may now be paid online.

The City Government of San Fernando signed a memorandum of agreement with the Development Bank of the Philippines (DBP) on September 3 for the implementation of an online payment scheme.

The signatories were DBP branch banking sector VP Ricardo Josef S. Bandal, branch banking Central Luzon head SAVP Thaddeus Rivera, and City of San Fernando Pampanga branch head senior manager Ryanna T. Bulatao.

The City of San Fernando aims to promote “ease of doing business” in the locality in a competent and seamless way to encourage all investors to create business in the city.

Witnessing and signing the agreement were Mayor Edwin Santiago, Vice Mayor Jimmy Lazatin, City Concilor BJ Lagman, City Administrator Engr. Fernando Limbitco, City Treasurer Mary Ann Bautista, Business License and Permit Division chief Joseph Garcia, and OIC-Management Information and Technology Division Marthy Zapanta. (PR)
