GRANTING that Senator Antonio Trillanes IV did file an application for amnesty and admitted guilt, he still deserves to go back to jail for violating the terms and conditions of the amnesty, MalacaƱang said Thursday, September 6.

"Sabihin na natin na merong application, sabihin na natin na umamin siya, eh parang vina-violate niya mismo ang terms ng kanyang amnesty dahil patuloy niyang tinatawagan ang mga kasundaluhan na tumiwalag sa Republika at huwag sumunod sa chain of command," Presidential Spokesperson Harry Roque Jr. said in a video uploaded on the Facebook account of Communications Assistant Secretary Esther Margaux Uson.

(Let's say there's an application, there's an admission, it seems that he is violating the terms of his amnesty because he continues to prod the military to go against the state and to not follow the chain of command.)
