WHAT happens when you put all the top event suppliers in one room? They roll out the red carpet and have a ball! This scenario is what I look forward to as the region's best event movers and shakers are prepping for the first ever Central Luzon Event Suppliers Ball, dubbed “A Red Carpet Affair,” this coming October 16, 2018 at the lovely The Country Garden Pavilion.
For this trailblazing regional event, I am impressed at how the industry's best in Pampanga have pooled their efforts and put their minds together to host this gathering, which has identified the Kythe Foundation as the special beneficiary. Kythe is a non-profit organization which aims to improve the quality of lives of chronically ill children who are hospitalized due to cancer, among others.
This event is the brainchild of Aris Santos, Robert Canlas of KQuentors Media and Michele Montemayor of Mich Event at Works. Further, among a few of the name-droppable Pampanga-based event suppliers who are organizing this worthy endeavor are Cacai Munoz of Portfolio Events Solutions, Erika Sadac of Details Matter, Hershey Mayrina, Tet Ambrocio of Paramount Events Management, Cecil Carreon, Monet Pagcu, and Aris Punsalan, together with Raiza Bucud, Juvy Angeles, Regina de Jesus, Robyn Miranda of Golden Minds Planners, Aldo De Leon, and DJ Eljhay, a veritable who's who of the province's event management brands.
The red-letter event is bound to be festive, with door prizes and exciting performances of some of our most talented suppliers, and will be a wonderful venue to expand one's professional network in the event industry and meet one's contemporaries from all over the region. Tickets to the event are selling like hot cakes, and are reasonably priced at only 1,000 pesos each for early birds (payment until September 11), and 1,500 pesos from September 12 onwards. Well worth it for the special cause that it supports as a way of giving back to the community.

That simple and you're well on your way to the season's most glamorous supplier event.
On the side, it is encouraging to see how our event suppliers are emphasizing collaboration over competition, and that great things may be achieved if we truly unite our efforts. It is also an opportunity for our event suppliers to enjoy and shine, to unwind and bond, in an event which they well-deserve, after all the efforts that they pour into making events and milestones memorable and perfect for each and every client.
