Headed by President Noel F. Manankil and this partnership existed from the time of former mayor Boking Morales up to the present leadership of Mayor Cris.

CDC participates in the development programs of the city, including infrastructure like roads and bridges and employment and, in the exercise of its corporate social responsibility, donates school buildings

computer equipment and manpower complement.

Mabalacat City College, headed by my sister, Dr. Carmelita P. Sotto, was a recipient of CDC's benevolence through physical facilities to provide its students a conducive venue for sports and other activites.

CDC encourages its locators and investors to consider Mabalacat City's welfare through faithful compliance of their tax obligations which the City Government receives via Gross Income Earned (GIE)

amounting to about P600 million, a big boost indeed to the city's financial standing.
