High-value target, partner fall anew, yields P240K in 'shabu'

A HIGH-value target (HVT) was again arrested, along with his partner, in a drug bust at Barangay 28 in Bacolod City Friday, September 14.

Police identified the target subject as Khominee Dimasangcai, and partner Salvacion Simpao.

Police recovered from them 13 sachets of suspected shabu (methamphetamine hydrochloride) weighing 20 grams worth P240, 000, the P1, 000 marked money, coin purse, and bag.

Operatives of the City Drug Enforcement Unit (CDEU) also conducted the same operation against Dimasangcai at Barangay 31 in June 2017, which resulted to the apprehension of seven others and confiscation of P800, 000 worth of illegal drugs.

Dimasangcai is a second top drug personality of Police Station 6.

In a separate operation, Anthony Lizaca, 28, of Barangay Banago, and Ariel Aldemo, 30, of Barangay Bata were collared in a buy-bust at Barangay Banago.

Lizaca yielded two sachets of suspected shabu and the P200 marked money while police seized from Aldemo a sachet of suspected drugs and drug paraphernalia.

The recovered illegal drugs have an estimated value of P10, 000.

Both are detained at Police Station 3.

The following day, authorities recovered P30, 000 worth of suspected marijuana at the entrance of Bacolod Central Market in Barangay 12.

A fish vendor discovered the drugs when it mixed on the assorted clothes displayed at the said area.

They turned it over to Police Station 1.

In Sagay City, Ronilo Ilalim, 35, and Milagros Ilalim, 34, both residents of Barangay Poblacion 2 were arrested in a drug bust at Barangay Paraiso Friday, September 14.

Police confiscated from them four sachets of suspected shabu worth P2, 000, and the P300 marked money.

In Bago City, Randy Lacson, 34, of Barangay Poblacion was arrested after he allegedly sold a shabu to a police agent for P200 at Bantayan Boulevard in the said village Saturday, September 15.

Lacson is a drug surrenderer and seventh drug personality of the police station.

Police seized from him two sachets of suspected shabu worth P1, 500, the P200 marked money, and P260 in cash.
