“I'm thinking about it. Well... there are people asking me and I'm seriously thinking about it because it's... There are people who have asked me to run for the past five or six years already, and I have declined,” ni Papa Chen.
Gitanyagan sa Barug Team Rama ni kanhi Cebu City Mayor Michael Rama si Richard nga mahimong kandidato nila sa Cebu City North District sa 2019 mid-term elections.
Kung mahinayon man ang iyang pagdagan maka-atbang ni Richard si Bando Osmeña-Pundok Kauswagan (BOPK) incumbent north district representative Raul del Mar.
