CITY di Mare by Filinvest Land Inc. partners with Metro Rapid Transit Service Inc. for added comfort and convenience for travelers going to the township located at the South Road Properties.

The partnership started Sept. 1, adding MyBus routes going to and from City di Mare. This connects the 50-hectare development to the rest of Cebu.

“The premium point-to-point bus service makes these air-conditioned, PWD-friendly, CCTV-enabled buses available—to the residents and locators of Sanremo Oasis, Amalfi, the UP Professional Schools and the only al fresco waterfront mall in Cebu, IL Corso—in several stops within the development. From here, City di Mare connects to existing five routes that cover as far south as Talisay City and up north to the Mactan-Cebu International Airport,” said Filinvest Alabang Inc. vice president for townships Don Ubaldo.

Routes added for City di Mare are City di Mare to SM Seaside and SM City Cebu and vice versa, as well as routes going to Talisay from City di Mare and vice versa.

City di Mare is currently on its third development with two of its residential and commercial projects already set for occupancy: Sanremo Oasis and Amalfi. It’s third development, IL Corso, will be opening to the public soon offering four-state-of-the-art cinemas.

IL Corso is an al fresco mall sitting on a 10-hectare land space fronting the sea. Two restaurants, Gusto Mare and Parilya located in IL Corso, are now open.

The township is also looking forward to the opening of the Oceanpark in SM Seaside City Cebu which will be happening in the first quarter of 2019. The opening is expected to gain even more visitors.
