LAING kaso ang gisang-at ni Land Transportation Office (LTO) 7 Regional Director Victor Caindec batok kang Cebu City Mayor Tomas Osmeña ngadto sa Office of the President.
Nasayran base sa cover letter ni Caindec ngadto kang Presidente Rodrigo Duterte nga kalapasan sa Republic Act 7160 kun sa Local Government Code of 1991 ang gipasaka niini batok sa mayor.
Nasayran nga (c) Dishonesty, oppression, misconduct in office, gross negligence, or dereliction of duty; (e) Abuse of Authority ang gipasaka ni Caindec batok kang Osmeña.
Subay ang maong kaso sa pag-pullout ni Osmeña sa mga traffic enforcer niini nga gipakatap sa mga dalan duol sa gihimo karon nga underpass sa N. Bacalso Avenue.
Niabot sa 24 ka enforcer ang wa na gi-deploy sa Cebu City Transportation Office (CCTO) niadtong Hulyo 16, 2018, human sa mando ni Osmeña.
