Such is the case of Suntrust Properties Inc. The company, which is behind the One Lakeshore Drive project in Lanang, usually stages rewards night on a quarterly and annually basis. This is to recognize their employees’ efforts in making the developer what it is today.
Evening of September 13, Suntrustees – the term used to describe its people – were on a party mode, enjoying the music and drinks at Echelon in Gaisano Mall of Davao. It was a night designated by the company to reward its outstanding sales team through trophies and cash incentives.
Suntrust first vice president for sales and marketing Jerry Rubis said they regularly do this to let their people know that their efforts are valued and treasured.
During the 2nd quarter awards night, Suntrustees were treated with a sumptuous dinner and good music. A showdown of dance performances among all divisions was also one of the highlights of the night.
This year’s 3rd quarter’s top branch manager Bergette Llanes shared that when she entered into the company since 2014 a lot has changed in her life.
“My choice to be part of Sun Trust was really life-changing. In terms of income and value of work I am really satisfied. Above all, it is always good to work with a company that has a good reputation and excellent track of record,” she said.
