MINDANAO's home-grown lifestyle app, StreetBy, has launched its three new features as it continuously provides convenience to merchants and customers in the world of e-commerce.
Created by Agila Innovations Inc., StreetBy is a total lifestyle mobile app that builds a diverse marketplace to help interconnect the locals, tourists and businesses. It aims to revolutionize e-commerce by serving innovative solutions to entrepreneurs and giving exceptional service to customers.
Initially, the app's services were food deliveries and restaurant and hotel bookings. It has catered food delivering in Cagayan de Oro from 50 average orders per day to 100 deliveries per day at present.
However, noticing its growing number of users, StreetBy has started introducing three new features to further improve and provide more of their services: the StreetBy Parcel Delivery, On-Demand Laundry, and StreetBy Top-up Wallet.
Using the StreetBy Parcel Delivery, the customers can request for parcel delivery with cash handling and queuing services. Customers can choose which vehicle, motorcycle or van, to use to carry their parcel.
The delivery rates depend on the parcel type (small, medium and large box) and the distance from the pickup destination to the drop off location. Rates for errand type, however, costs P100 per 30 minutes for purchase request, cash handling and queuing service.
"Everybody is well-trained to make sure na exceptional talaga ang customer service ng StreetBy," Cath Bagayna, the branding, PR and promotions officer of StreetBy, said.
"Everything is like black and white because the information will be present on the app and we have a support department who would take care of that na talagang makikita, yung whatever information na nilagya dun sa app, they get to see it," she added.
Bagayna also mentioned that in case something happens with the package during the delivery, insurance will be provided.
The on-demand laundry is designed to assist people who are preoccupied with work and other activities with their laundry tasks.
Paying for these services, on the other hand, can also be done cashless through StreetBy's Top-up Wallet. It is made convenient as users can now directly add to their StreetBy wallet via paying through cash or credit/debit card.
