A suspected gun-for-hire and big-time pusher was arrested along with his cohort after they were caught with several packs of shabu in Sitio Zone 3 in Barangay Biasong, Talisay City last Saturday afternoon.
Jary Parba, 27, a resident of Sitio Mananga in Barangay Tabunok, and Rouel Rabaya, 44, were arrested during an anti-drug operation of the Cebu Provincial Police Office’s Provincial Intelligence Branch and Provincial Drugs Enforcement Units and the Talisay Police Station.
Seized from Parba, an alleged gun-for-hire, were two small packs, three medium packs and a large pack of suspected shabu. The operatives also confiscated a weighing scale, drug paraphernalia, an AR15 with magazine and silencer, a .45 pistol and a P500 bill.
Rabaya also yielded five packs of shabu and drug paraphernalia.
The packs of shabu weigh 40 grams and are worth P472,000. (GPL)
