CITY OF SAN FERNANDO -- Two suspected drug personalities were killed after allegedly resisting arrest during a drug bust conducted by operatives of Floridablanca police in Barangay San Jose recently.
Floridablanca chief of police Superintendent Dulnoan Dinamling, Jr. identified the suspects as Noli Cacal and Randy Andy Poso, who are allegedly known as notorious sources of illegal drugs in the area.
Before the actual drug bust, Dinamling said that the suspects were first seen in the act of having a pot session which was reported to the local police office by a concerned citizen.
Meanwhile, two more suspects identified as Jorex Tanay and Randy Temus were also arrested in the same buy-bust operation after surviving the armed encounter with arresting police officers, Dinamling said.
Recovered from the possession of the suspects were a hand grenade, two caliber .38 guns, multiple sachets of suspected methamphetamine hydrochloride, locally known as “shabu,” various drug paraphernalia, and marked money.
Tanay and Temus will both be facing charges for violation of Sections 5 and 11 of the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act and Illegal Possession of Firearms Act.
