A FORMER policeman was caught in a drug bust on Wednesday night, September 26, in Sitio Omega, Barangay Pahina Central, Cebu City.
The suspect, identified as Roger Cabuenas Pogoy, yielded small packs of shabu to the Drug Enforcement Unit (DEU) of Carbon Police Station.
In April 2017, Pogoy's brother, Rogelio Jr., was arrested in a drug bust conducted by Cebu City Police Office-DEU in Barangay Duljo Fatima.
Pogoy will be charged with violation of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
Selling illegal drugs is a non-bailable offense. (KAL)
