A FIRE broke out in Barangay Hipodromo, Cebu City, Thursday afternoon, September 27.
The Bureau of Fire Protection raised the Hipodromo fire to Task Force Alpha. The fire reportedly hit a residential area.
Firefighters are still trying to put out the blaze.
