RJ STAR/NPBC 1 sparked a round-high 1,684 pinfalls to grab the upper hand of the NOHS Class ’89 organized Fun Bowl at the Super Lanes of the Goldenfield Commercial Complex in Bacolod City.

Powered by Rowena Juarez, Rey Gargar, Herbert Pediongco, Butch Uberio, Joval Damasco, Sammy Gaitan, and Melchor Semillano, the No. 1 team is now on top of  the heap with a seven-round output of 10,649 pinfalls, sending their sister team and erstwhile topnotcher, RJ Stars/NPBC 2 to second position with 10,586.

Third in command is Binoy Gepana anchored 69Ner’s with 10,529.

The other teams with their respective scores: X-Men, 10,331; Suppliers, 10,330; Rosita Pasalubong, 10,289; REA Strikers/Dep-Ed, 10,287; NOHS Class ’89, 10,238; Eco-saver, 10,072; Financiers/Prov’l Capitol, 9,969; JASS, 9,604, and Team Justice, 9,503.

Meanwhile, the 3rd DepEd-Division of Negros Occidental Inter-color Bowling Tournament will unfold on Thursday, February 4, at the same venue.

To compete are personnel from the Administrative Section, Records, Cash, HRMO, Property, Medical and Dental Team, and Accounting Department.
