CAFE Racer Davao will host the first-ever Distinguished Gentleman's Ride (DGR) in Davao City on Saturday, September 30.
Cafe Racer Davao members Jeff Reyes, Ryan Cabuh, Leandro Martin Castaño and BJ Antioquia bared this Thursday, September 27, during the Davao Sportswriters Association (DSA) Forum held at The Annex of SM City Davao.
Reyes said the DGR is a global motorcycle fund-raising event to raise awarness of prostate cancer and male suicide prevention.
"It was founded in 2012 by Mark Hawwa in Sydney Australia," he said.
DGR was first hosted in the Philippines in 2014 particularly in Manila.
Cabuh, who is known for his vintage motorcycle modification, invited DGR here in Davao City.
Reyes said the gentleman's ride will feature riders with formal attire while sporting their vintage motorcycles.
This year's edition will feature a 90-kilometer route around downtown area of the city.
The ride will begin 8 a.m. at the Bricklane Lane Square, Palma Gil Street.
