HANOI will still surely top your list when it comes to Vietnamese cuisine in Davao City as they roll out their newest promo for their classic Vietnamese dishes.

“We have a 50 percent off for our Pho Tai soups here at our Abreeza Mall branch during 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. So we are inviting you to come and taste authentic Vietnamese dishes too here at Hanoi,” Jose Raymond De La Paz, Hanoi business development officer, said in an interview.

He added that the continuous influx of foreign-inspired restaurants in Davao City surely offers wide food trips for Dabawenyos and tourists alike. This is why Hanoi continues to serve their best dishes to raise the bar of serving good food in the city.

De La Paz added that one of their all-time favorite dishes is the classic Vietnamese soup Pho Tai. This soup is made of thinly sliced beef, onions, coriander or Chinese parsley, and banh pho noodles in a richly flavored beef broth, served with bean sprouts, and basil leaves.

“Mas masarap ang Pho Tai pagmay lime rin to also mix dun sa flavor ng beefy soup niya (Pho Tai is tastier with lime to also mix with the flavor of the beefy soup),” De La Paz said.

Pho Tai priced at P270 but it is pegged at P135 from 2pm to 5pm every day as part of Hanoi’s 50 percent off promo.

De La Paz also said Hanoi dishes are more relished with friends and family.

“We are also inviting family and group of friends out there to come and dine in Hanoi we are offering also platters for you to enjoy,” De La Paz said.

In this way, he added, Dabawenyos can have a great food treat and Vietnamese choice in just one big plate.

Hanoi offers Vietnamese Starter Platter at P450. This includes a bountiful feast of Hanoi’s signature dishes: spring rolls; Banh Cuon, a rolled sheet made of rice batter, ground pork, and wood ear mushroom; Ga Nuong Xa, a grilled chicken with lemongrass; Cha Gio, deep fried ground meat wrapped in rice paper; and Chua Nuong or fermented pork sausage.

Dabawenyo meat-lovers will surely love Hanoi’s Vietnamese BBQ platte, priced at P850. This includes a generous platter of Vietnamese grilled stuffed squid, pork and chicken, marinated in flavorful herbs, spices, and lemongrass.
