A MALE teenager was shot to death at Barangay Rizal in San Carlos City, Negros Occidental Sunday, September 30.
Killed was Radz Gadiane, 15.
Inspector Lamberto Mirande, deputy city police chief, said Gadiane was allegedly shot by Luisito Divina, 24, of Calatrava town, using an alleged .38 caliber revolver.
The victim succumbed to two gunshot wounds on his neck and head.
Police eyed grudge as the motive.
Divina is detained at San Carlos City Police Station.
Injured
A lending collector and a minor were wounded after they were shot by an unidentified man along the national highway of Hacienda Nueva in Barangay To-oy, Himamaylan City early Sunday.
Wounded were Romel Montero, 29, and a 15-year-old minor whose name was withheld, both residents of Barangay Daan Banua, Kabankalan City.
Police records showed that both victims, who were on board a motorcycle, came from a videoke bar at a neighboring city of Kabankalan when they were allegedly followed by the assailant.
The assailant who was reportedly standing at the roadside fired at them and fled on a motorcycle.
They sustained multiple gunshot wounds and were brought to a hospital in Bacolod City.
Police recovered from the scene four fired cartridge cases of an unknown firearm.
Authorities have yet to establish the motive.
