LAST September 28, Amani Grand Citygate, a project by Grand Land Inc., one of the leading real estate providers in Cebu, held its open house.
The event was not just a venue where the sellers and buyers met as an Investment Talk was also held. The talk, which was given by Aeda Mae Siao-Sanchez, Grand Land, Inc. sales director, focused on the current state of the real estate in Davao City and why it is good to invest here. That’s why the Mindanao Ballroom of the Grand Regal Hotel was fully packed.
The open house received good reception from the attendees, as proven in the sales the real estate company got during that day. Thirty-four on-the-spot sales were recorded during the event.
Most of the attendees, as Noel Jan Te, Amani Grand Citygate brand and marketing manager, observed were mostly young professionals and the millennials.
“We’re a new name in the industry in Davao City and because we target the young professionals, we offer affordable, competitive price for our units compared to our competitors,” Te said.
He added that it must be for the future of young couples that’s why they invest and bought condominium units from them.
Amani Grand Citygate is a London-inspired condominium residences comprised of four colorful mid-rise residential towers. It is located along Buhangin-Cabantian Road, at the back of the soon-to-open Gaisano Grand Mall in Buhangin.
Te added that presently the white residential tower is performing well in sales while all the other towers are already sold, that was even before the open house was held.
