La Salle, CPU share honors in 2nd Brother's Cup

THE University of St. La Salle (USLS) Stingers and the Central Philippine University Golden Lions captured the recently-held 2nd Brother’s Cup Volleyball League 2018 at the USLS covered court.

USLS defeated Bee Transport Service All-Star team as USLS’ Herold Parcia was named most valuable player (MVP).

Meanwhile, eventual MVP Glaudine Trongcoso led the CPU collegiate side in beating Bacolod Tay Tung High School Thunderbolts in a closely fought final, 30-28, 25-20 and 25-23.

En route to the finals, the Golden Lions made a quick work of the USLS college team while the Thunderbolts ousted USLS-B in the other semifinals match.
