Moreno's team fielded Liga ng mga Barangay president Alam Lim to be the 2nd District Representative.

Moreno said his team is a good combination and his choice for the new contenders made the party gain more strength.

"I picked them because I've seen their performance, character," he said.

"Our battle cry is ipursue ang pag-abag. We are very much inspired by the successes tungod sa pagtinabangay. We have seen unsa ang kagubot sa legislative and executive sauna but because of the teamwork we have emerged stronger. We are now one team, one mission, and one direction," he added.
