MY FRIEND and I were once again invited to The Fat Cow to try some of the new specials Chef Patrick Co has rolled out.

It has been a while since we last ate here, so it was quite exciting knowing that Chef Patrick has come up with some new specials for his menu.

We started off with the Spicy Tuna Maki. I think it has just the right amount of spiciness, which is enough for those who are not that into anything spicy at the same time satisfy those who enjoy a good spicy dish.

The Slow Braised Lamb Shank in extra virgin olive oil, garlic, and rosemary served with mashed potatoes was a hit for me. It was tender and had lots of flavor. The mashed potatoes that went with the meal was a personal favorite of mine.

Callos in Chorizo and Garlic with Garlic Rice Pre. The star of this meal was the garlic rice. I just like how garlicky it was. The garlic was very generous.

Hickory Angus Beef Short Ribs with Cold Macaroni and Potato Salad. This was also an amazing dish. My friend and I just loved the tenderness of the ribs. The moment she sliced a portion of the meat, the meat just fell off the bone.
