CITY OF SAN FERNANDO -- Max’s Restaurant is now ready to serve its famous “Sarap to the Bones” chicken to Fernandinos in the northern part of the city as it finally opened its newest branch at SM City Telabastagan on Wednesday morning, October 10.

Metro Central Luzon Foods Inc. (MCLFI) President Ma. Teresa Laus, together with better half Laus Group of Companies Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Levy P. Laus and their children, led the ribbon-cutting ceremony to signal the official opening of the famous Filipino casual dining restaurant.

“We wanted to continue serving Kapampangans from all corners of the province with our ‘sarap to the bones’ chicken, which is only one of the variety of sumptuous food included in our menu and of course, complemented by the trademark hospitable service and relaxing ambience of the restaurant,” Laus said.

She disclosed that Max’s Restaurant in SM City Telabastagan is the fifth franchise under the MCLFI umbrella after that in Villa Del Sol in the City of San Fernando, Cabanatuan City in Nueva Ecija, SM City Pampanga, and SM City Clark.

Asked about the reason behind her continued partnership with and confidence on the Max’s Group, Laus cited the company’s genuine goal of celebrating and bringing together Filipino families from all over the world on the dining table.

After 73 years and 195 stores all over the country and overseas, Max’s Group Chief Operating Officer Paolo Serrano said that the restaurant is still true to its mission of celebrating the togetherness of Filipino families with well-loved Filipino cuisines.

“Wherever you are, whether you are an OFW (overseas Filipino worker), Max’s will always be with you in your coming,” Serrano said.

Meanwhile, SM City Telabastagan Mall Manager Bong Garcia personally welcomed the Max’s Restaurant family to the SM family as they officially joined the growing number of mall tenants.

He said that the Max’s Restaurant will be an addition to some 120 tenants in the mall that are ready to serve shoppers and mall goers of SM City Telabastagan.

The Max’s Restaurant is located at the second level, left wing of SM City Telabastagan and is open from 10:00 am to 9:00 pm For more information, visit Max’s Restaurant website at: https://www.maxschicken.com.
