FOURTEEN persons were arrested at 1 p.m. Thursday, October 11, in Sitio Mananga, Barangay Tabunok, Talisay City, Cebu.
Seized from the suspects were 50 grams of white crystals believed to be methamphetamine hydrochloride, locally known as shabu.
The contraband has an estimated market value of P340,000.
Three alleged drug maintainers Elissa Alisoso, 53; Vangie Quiñones, 33; and Leonardo Juarez, 38, were caught by the operatives of Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency-Central Visayas, Talisay City Police Station and Regional Mobile Force Battalion.
Arrested drug den visitors were Jerry Quiñones, 31; Leslie Domasig, 28; Ronnel Pardillo, 23; Ruben Hinodepano, 34; Crissan Luna, 27; Richard Pautan, 28; Sunny Ripdos, 28; Marvin Alisoso, 28; Eric Labrado, 22; Jerson Basolo, 35; and a 17-year-old boy.
The suspects will face complaints for violation of the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002. (KAL)
