THE country’s running pride Mary Joy Tabal eyes a return at the Tuscany Camp in Italy this month to get in top shape for her title defense in the 42nd Milo Marathon National Finals.
The Cebuana runner told SunStar Cebu yesterday that she has completed the needed documents.
“Our target date and flight to Italy is Oct. 20. I hope my visa gets approved before that day,” said the five-time champion.
The men’s and women’s champions this year will be tapped to represent the country in the Southeast Asian Games next year in Manila. (RSC)
