Pangan: The Superman of Mabalacat City

MAYOR Crisostomo C. Garbo has been affectionately dubbed as the Superman of Mabalacat City, all because he has brought tremendous transformation in this component city.

In his only a year in office, he has brought several changes in the operations and management of the city government, so tangible that residents, as well as officials and employees, all agree that only a super human can achieve all of these, hence, fittingly, the monicker - Superman, a super hero.

Mayor Garbo continues on his remarkable work and delivers services so convincingly that he has earned the support, respect and admiration of the populace.

He has regularly visited the sick and the needy in hospitals and in their houses, condoled with the bereaved and gave the grieving relatives adequate financial assistance.

In sum, Mayor Cris has proven to all and sundry that he has what it takes to deserve another term, maybe two or three terms as Mayor of this bustling city.

Lately, he has acquired two heavy equipment, bulldozer and back hoe, which may prove very instrumental in the city government's infrastructure projects.

Funds under his administration, are wisely and frugally used, in accordance with accounting and auditing rules and procedures. No shortcuts, he says. He is indeed fortunate to be assisted by well-meaning and hardworking men and women: Rosan S. Paquia, the city administrator and CPDC head, Atty. Emmanuel E. Ignacio the consummate legal officer, Atty. Aileen Rigor, the hardworking and meticulous city accountant, Narce P. Paquia, the city budget officer and Marlene M. Mendiola, the city treasurer. Patrick Fiel Sacay completes the cast of an ideal team of officers for the city government.

Considering all his accomplishments so far for the city and his vision for a very progressive Mabalacat City, there are fearless forecasts that, if elections were held today, Mayor Cris would win hands down!
