A feast at the Lotus Court

CELEBRATIONS are made more special at the Lotus Court as it rolls out new set menus for its diners to enjoy.

The new set was rolled out in time for Marco Polo Hotel Davao's Mid-Autumn Festival celebration.

Launched on September 23, 2018, the new set menu starts at P5,000 and can already be enjoyed by the whole family. The Lotus Court is offering three different sets that you can choose from depending on how large you are as a group.

Set Menu 1 can be shared for a group of four which serves Chilled Chili Spicy Cucumber, Dimsum Puff, Chinese Abalone Soup with Fish Maw and Sea Cucumber, Crispy Fragrant Duck served with Fresh Mango, Stir-Fried Beef Tenderloin with Lemon and Black Pepper, Stir-Fried Lettuce with Chinese White Wine, Seafood Fried Rice, and Almond Cream with Red Bean Dumpling and Sago.

For a group of eight, Set Menu 2 serves Prawn and Pea Xiao Long Bao, Spicy Beef Noodle Soup, Steamed Pompano with Special Sauce, Braised Pork in Shanghai Style Sauce, Stir-Fried Spicy Herbed Chicken Hot Pot, Crisp Eggplant with Honey & Chili, Salted Fish Fried Rice, Lotus Paste Bun with Salted Egg.

For a group of 12, Set Menu 3 serves Pickled Black Fungus and Cherry Tomato, Honey Glazed Prawns, Fish Maw Soup with Sea Cucumber, Crabmeat and Dried Scallop, Steamed Garoupa in Pickle Chili and Coriander, Stir Fried Chili Chicken with Peanuts, Wok Fried Abalone Mushroom with Ginger, Meat Fried Rice with Spring Onion and Egg White, Chilled Mango & Chestnut with Sago Pearl.
