HIGH-END real estate developer Anchor Land Holdings, Inc. broke ground for their newest residential condominium in Davao City, 202 Peaklane, which will rise along C.M. Recto Street.

Anchor Land Holdings president Elizabeth Ventura said The two-tower 28-storey condominium will redefine the residential living of most Dabawenyos in the city.

“We call the project a future business-ready property that already prepares you as an investor to liquidate your investment when its turned over to you,” Ventura said in an interview on Tuesday, October 16, 2018 at Anchor Land Showroom, Jacinto St., Davao City,

Ventura also said the residential condominium is designed for families.

“We configured the units to be able to accommodate four beds, for example. And a toilet and bath which are separated so that, in terms of use, more people can use the bathroom at the same time. The time and motion of four people who are going to live in one unit at the same time is considered,” Ventura said.

Ventura added once the unit owner also decides to rent out his unit to other interested Dabawenyos, the unit becomes saleable because people who will eventually occupy the unit can see how its design is efficient.

“It’s also very decent, not only efficient. You also have your private nook where it could be used for studying and eating at the same time,” Ventura said.

“With the name alone ‘Peaklane’ we want to believe that this area of C.M. Recto is a modern lane in the city. We called it as such because the area is at its peak, and even the most progressive lane in the city,” Ventura added.
