USA ka adlaw nga school fair ang ipahigayon sa Robinsons Galleria Cebu karong Oktubre 28, 2018 diin magtigi ang labing makahuluganon sa panahon gna tech-based projects gikan sa nagkalainlaing tunghaan sa Visayas ug pagpalambo sa inobasyon sa mga tunghaan ug lokal nga komunidad.
“The Wicked Dreams Action Civics Fair is a platform to feature student projects using innovation, digital media, and technology. The fair is basically a space for making their wicked dreams come true,” matod ni Fleire Castro Third Media Team CEO, ang nangulo sa pag-organisar sa kalihokan.
Gawas sa pagpakita sa ilang mga proyekto, ang organizer mahimong mosiya sa mga partisipante aron makakuha og funding ug mentoring alang sa ilang proyekto nga mapatuman o magamit sa komunidad.
Sa Oktubre 28 sa buntag, ang pagpaila sa partisipante ug pag-abli sa ilang booths. Sa hapon, mosunod ang pitching competition ug awarding.
Ang unang ganti makakuha og P25,000, ikaduha P15,000 ug ikatulo P5,000 isip pundong salapi alang sa hingpit nga pagpatiman sa proyekto.
Pipila sa nasulod sa final list sa mga pagtisipante mao ang Maria Montessori International School, SWU PHINMA, Dr. Caridad C. Labe Center for Excellence, GDG Cebu, Cebu Innovation Network, Cebu Animation Guild, ug uban pang tunghaan.
“Through their respective project proposals, the participants will be asked to define a problem in their community relating to the theme of civic engagement that can solved using innovations in digital media and technology,” dugang ni Castro.
Ang organizers sa Wicked Dreams Action Civics Fair nagkanayon nga kini kabahin sa innovation ug industry skill level nga masinati sa mga tinun-an sa ilang pagtuon ilabina sa huyang pagpakita sa Pilipinas sa Global Innovation Index 2018 nga naa sa 73 tali sa 126 ka mga nasod.
