INCUMBENT Pampanga Third District board members Ferdinand “Dinan” Labung and lawyer Ananias Canlas, Jr. filed their certificates of candidacy for their re-election bid in the 2019 mid-term elections.
They were accompanied by their supporters and friends at the Commission on Elections Pampanga Office.
Labung is seeking his fifth term as a board member while Canlas is eyeing his second.
The senior board member thanked Kapampangans particularly in his district for the continued trust. He vowed to continue the good projects and programs that were known from him in his tenure as a public servant.
Labung and Canlas are both running under Kambilan Party. (PR)
